Information for EVERYONE:
The offices are now on Attila Street, so for any administrative matters, please come to the following address:

Academic year opening program:
- September 11th 9:00-12:00 joint program for everyone also in Pesterzsébet
- September 12th 15:00 viewing of a circus performance together: Fővárosi Nagycirkusz
- in addition, the academic year opening program was sent by e-mail by the department heads
For FIRST year students:
Registration: 2025.09.08-10 between 10:00-15:00
For faster processing, please bring a photocopy of the following documents:
- ID
- Residence card
- TAJ card
- Tax card
- Passport
- High School Diploma
- Language exam (if any)
- Diploma (if any)

For higher-year students:
Registration: 2025.09.11 on the opening day of the academic year.
Students participating in blended education will register online. Students with a valid absence will be registered based on individual consultation.
For self-financing students:
- you can submit your scholarship application via the application form
- currently the received scholarship applications are under review, the decision is likely to be expected around September 10
Payment in installments:
- the tuition fee can also be paid in installments, you only need to request this with a simple e-mail, you will receive this automatically
- since the scholarship applications are in the process of being reviewed is and is expected later, what is the deadline for paying the September installment, so the new deadline for the September installment is September 20.

Dormitory:
- be sure to indicate on the form if you would like accommodation in Attila Street
- 8 rooms are currently being created, but we have already received more applications
- you can move into the dormitory from October
Student ID:
- You can apply for a NEK identification (National Unified Card System Data Sheet) at any Government window, or electronically via the www.magyarorszag.hu website
- You can apply for a student ID from us by sending the NEK data sheet to the College.
- Apart from this, you do not have to do anything else, but it will take a long time for the student ID to arrive.
- We can only start your application if you have already enrolled and declared your student status. So we have checked your documents. After that we can provide a certificate until the plastic card arrives.
Student loan:
- you can only start the application if you already have a student status!!!
- after you have notified the student loan center of your application, send us the application amount by email: finance@bcdc.hu , if you would like to pay part or all of your tuition fee, you would like to do so, as we will be asked if the amount is correct
