Mónika began her ballet studies at the age of six. Later, she studied historical dance styles, jazz dance, and various traditional modern dance techniques. She has worked as a freelance dancer in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland.  

In 2002, she earned her teaching degree with honors  from the Hungarian University of Dance. She teaches in several professional training programs and has coached athletes in rhythmic gymnastics, figure skating, artistic swimming as well. She regularly participates in professional development courses and workshops.
